Makrak reserves the right to withdraw any product we advertise and change prices without notice. Information contained throughout the web pages and in our database is believed to be accurate and reliable at publishing.

There may be misprints, human errors, and omissions. We reserve the right to make changes and corrections in prices, products, and specifications without notice. Images displayed on this web site are for informational purposes only and may differ from actual product.

All rights reserved. Makrak accepts no liability for any loss, injuries or damage sustained as part of the delivery, assembly, fitting or use of Makrak products whether inside or outside of your vehicle. If in doubt, contact a qualified trade person.

Some Makrak products contain heavy, moving parts. Makrak products should only be used and operated by adults. Adults should supervise children at all times. Users should follow any warning labels and instructions where provided.

PAYMENT

For online orders, accepted payments include credit cards, debit cards and Paypal. Ownership of the goods supplied does not pass to the customer from Makrak until the full amount has been paid.

SHIPPING

We do not ship to PO Boxes, or third party addresses unless Makrak has verified that address. Customers are responsible for paying any freight charges incurred by refused shipment and unclaimed goods. Makrak will make every effort to deliver on time. However, we shall not be held liable for delay or lost shipment.

Customers are responsible for having someone present at the delivery address to accept the delivery. Cost for re-delivery attempts will be passed to the customers if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery. Customer shouldn’t leave deliveries outside for any period.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

There will be no credit given on order price difference, due to price drops. Please select carefully at the time when you place your order. Makrak will only accept return products for a refund within 14 days of you receiving the goods.

Returned goods must be in original condition and include all the original packaging. Open, partly used, damaged or soiled items cannot be refunded.

Shipping and handling cost is NOT refundable. This return for refund policy is applicable for change of mind and lack of expertise for product use. You must pay all cost’s associated with the return shipping.

Any incorrect, missing or damaged items received must be reported to Makrak within 24 hours of you receiving the delivery, this can only be done by email to info@makrak.co.uk.

If an item(s) received is not what was ordered, please do not open the sealed package in which it was sent. Any attempt to use the incorrect item will be deemed accepted by the customer of the item(s) as a satisfactory substitute for the one that the end user ordered. The user can raise no further claim after that. SDM Leisure Ltd owns the title of any extra goods shipped with your order that have been dispatched in error.

SDM Leisure Ltd reserves the right to refuse a refund under the terms listed above, or for any product deemed unsalable on return.

WARRANTY

All products sold by Makrak come with a warranty to be free from any manufacturing defects or faults. This warranty is non-transferable.

Makrak cannot be held responsible for damage caused to private property, including vehicles and motorhomes from the use of equipment purchased via Makrak.

Goods under warranty cover will be replaced or repaired by the manufacturer. Makrak cannot guarantee refund under any circumstances. Warranty only covers the item(s) sold by Makrak. Makrak cannot be held responsible for any items, including private property used in conjunction with Makrak product(s).

If Makrak determines the returned goods not to be faulty, the customer should pay all returning shipping fees.

All warranties will be void if the returned product is found in any way to have been mishandled, improperly removed or installed, modified, tampered, abused, physically damaged.

Customer must provide a detailed fault description with all returns. The customer is responsible for any shipping and insurance cost involved in sending the warranty claim goods back to Makrak.

Makrak is not responsible for any parcel missing in transit, on its return back to Makrak.
